Delivery information
At Flora Ember. each order is hand-packed with care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
1. Processing Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days. During busy periods or new launches, please allow a little extra time.
2. Delivery Service: We use Royal Mail Tracked delivery to ensure your parcel arrives safely and promptly.
3. Estimated Delivery:
- UK standard 2-4 business days after dispatch
- UK express: 1-2 days business days after dispatch
4. Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on your chosen delivery method.
5. Free delivery: On orders over £30, using UK standard shipping
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcels journey straight to your door.
Refunds & Returns
We want you to love every part of your Flora Ember experience. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
1. Change of mind: You may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us before returning your order so we can guide you through the process
2. Damaged or Faulty items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours to of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll resolve it quickly with a replacement or a refund
3. Exclusions: For hygiene and safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used wax melts
4. Refund process: Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days
5. Replacement process: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, once your inquiry is approved your replacement will be dispatched within 1-2 working days and delivered using our UK Standard delivery service.
